Dental Restoration Costs
Before you get started with your dental crown or fixed bridge restoration plan, a member of our team will work with you to budget for the out of pocket costs of your treatment. A single dental crown will typically cost between $500 and $1,500. The material we use to craft your dental crown is the largest factor in determining the overall cost of treatment. We offer dental crowns and bridges crafted from metal, gold, porcelain fused to metal, ceramic, and zirconia. Dental bridges will range in price depending on the number of teeth you need to have replaced in addition to the material used. In most cases, dental insurance plans cover about 50% of the cost of your dental restoration. If you want to spread the costs of dental care out over several months, we are happy to work with third party financiers, including CareCredit, Chase Health Advance, and CitiHealth to offer low or no interest financing plans.
Factors that Influence the Cost of Dental Crown Restoration
The cost of dental crowns ranges anywhere from $500 to $3,000, higher in some cases. There are many factors that impact the cost of these treatments, including:
- Need for root canal therapy to remove tooth roots and pulp prior to crown placement
- The material used to craft the crown, including gold, porcelain fused to metal, ceramic, and zirconia
- The size and location of the tooth that is being repaired
- What manufacturers and labs are used for the materials and to craft the restoration
- Location even influences the costs of dental restorations
